Accounts Receivable (Massachusetts)
M-Th 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Must have the ability to multi-task, a working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook, must be highly organized, good communication skills are a priority
Candidate must have prior accounts receivable experience, any prior experience in the wine and/or liquor industry would be a plus

Accounting Professional (Massachusetts)
Full-Time | Monday – Friday
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial records with accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
