Domenic Giammarco, Ruby Wines. (Vice President of On Premise Sales). Domenic brings over 15 years of restaurant operations management, distributor sales and (most recently) Palm Bay International supplier experience to the Ruby Wines organization. His focus on the Fine Wine portfolio and estates from all around the globe, combined with the many strong relationships which he has forged with key restaurant owners and beverage program directors position him well to oversee and grow the On-Premise Sales channel at Ruby Wines throughout Massachusetts. Domenic is an avid recreational cyclist, and is a veteran member of Team Ruby Wines cycling group which participates annually in the Pan Mass Challenge fundraising ride contributing to cancer research and care at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Jimmy Fund centers.
